We really hope you'll love your SOJAO items! For any reason you don’t, we offer a one-time return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed. Just email us at hello@sojao.live with your order number, and we'll assist you with the next steps! Please bear in mind the following:
- You’ll be required to personally return your items or use a courier service to our Home Goods Store.
